There are two references to white tea – the one that many Kiwi's grew up with which was black tea with a generous splash of milk added. Or the technically correct one which is a style of tea where the tea leaf has been minimally processed – it is basically plucked and air dried. Everything about it is delicate – the liquor is light in colour and flavour.
