What green tea will I get the most benefit from?

Easy – the one you are going to drink the most of. If you don't think you are going to enjoy a pure green tea such as the Dragonwell then pick a flavour you like and start with that profile until you ease into the pure green. Perhaps Green Tea Mint, Green Tea Lemon, Ginseng Green or the organically grown Green Tea Pear.

 

Still not enjoying it then try it as a smoothie base. Brew it as normal, pour the liquor off the brewed leaf and then set it aside to cool. Then use it that same day or the next day as your smoothie base or your iced tea base. This way you can still get all the health beneifts.
