On 01/11/17 we released our upgraded website. We hope you enjoy an enchanced tea shopping experience with us and the opportunity to now order more easily off a variety of devices including your mobile phone.
One really hard decision we had to accept in the development of the new site was not being able to migrate our existing customer account and login details to the new system. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. We still have access to your ordering history so please do not hesitate to contact us if you want to know when or what you last ordered, we can easily supply that to you in an email.
So this means even though you may have shopped with us before, if it was prior to the launch of the upgraded site on 01/11/17, you will find your old login details will not work. We understand this could prove frustrating for you particularly if your computer uses the password and login it has stored in its memory from the old site and just automatically populates this information into the new website.
The good news is that it is simple to fix and only takes a moment. All you need to do is a one time fix of creating a new online account (click here to do this).
