I find green tea bitter. Is there anything I can do to avoid this?

Ok you may just not like green tea or perhaps someone has brewed you a really lousy cup of green tea.  Often the bitterness can be caused by green tea brewed with boiling water – urrghhh too hot!  You want it brewed with water at around 82 degrees.  Read our brewing guide for how to achieve this.  Please give it another shot before you dismiss green tea, it is delicious.
