Stir Tea - Masala Chai (Spiced Tea)
Enjoy this blend of aromatic spices and rich black tea as a base for traditional boiled milk style chai (see below) or brew as per our recommendations adding milk and sweetener if required.
Ingredients: Organically grown loose black tea (India), cinnamon (Indonesia), ginger (India), cardomom (Guatemala), pink peppercorns (Brazil), cloves (Sri Lanka), natural flavourings (USA).
Traditional Boiled Milk Style (2 serves):
1. Combine 2 dessertspoons of Stir Masala Chai, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Stir and bring to the boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes (we prefer closer to 5 minutes). Remove from the heat, stir in sugar or honey to your liking.
3. Strain, pour into a cups and enjoy.
